With more than 25 years experience as a mindset & business coach and a background both as a scientist and quantum energy healer, I have a deep understanding of what creates lasting transformation for business owners.

Having developed a unique framework of proven neuroscience backed techniques for mindset upgrades & skills mastery, I help business owners identify the hidden core programs blocking them from taking action so they can shift into a success mindset & scale faster.

It is my mission to transform overwhelmed business owners into confident, fulfilled, vision achieving CEO’s like they were always destined to be.

My Story

Why I am passionate about transforming your mindset

and reclaiming your manifesting power!

After a terrifying experience of abandonment in hospital when I was 18 months old, which lasted a week, I developed a deep sense of not being good enough, unworthy of love and a pervasive sense of insecurity and powerlessness.

Growing up I coped with life in two ways, living in my imagination and pursuing knowledge. Ultimately this led to a successful career as a scientist. However the abrupt ending of my marriage left me devastated and all my old abandonment and unworthiness issues resurfaced.

This defining experience led me to work intensely with a mindset coach to transform my raw emotions and negative beliefs and I also felt compelled to delve into quantum energy healing, and finally became a Master Reiki Healer.The result of this intense inner work was that I realized there was nothing wrong with me, I had always been loved, loveable and worthy of good things and I reconnected with my power to create the life I desired to have.

I was inspired to train as a mindset coach and I established a successful healing and life coaching practice for 18 years. Then bigger visions were calling from my heart and I pivoted my business online to be able to fulfill the next stage of my mission of empowering the world, one business owner at a time.

My Philosophy & Approach

I believe we are inherently powerful and meant to manifest the bigger impact driven business our hearts are inspiring us to. Only our self imposed limitations and perhaps lack of manifesting skills are keeping us from what we desire.

Our greatest fulfillment and sense of aliveness come to us when we take the courage to manifest the dreams which fulfill our purpose.
